Q: What brings you out to this show?
A: (right) ‘Divine’ fans for 35 years – a long time.
A: (left) It seemed like an interesting concept because it’s two people playing him and herself in the mirror. It should be interesting.
A: (right) - supposedly on the night before he dies. So it’s kind of an insight into what Divine was looking forward to. He was going to be considered a real actor for the first time, as opposed to a John Waters drag queen and then he died. That never really happened for him.
Q: Why do you think it is important to come and support these smaller productions?
A: (left) So that there will be more interesting things to do rather than Broadway.
A: (right) Exactly, more affordable options as opposed to Broadway, which we can’t afford.
A: (left) And it’s just less interesting.
