After PXP saw Detroit ’67, Dominique Morisseau’s new play at The Public Theater, we found ourselves dancing to the beat of another generation’s tune.

  • These days, “Thrift Shop” by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis–for it’s instant dance party in your ears quality–it’s truth telling about consumerism and thriftiness, and mostly for it’s infectious day changing turn-that-frown-upside-down-ness.
