New York City Children’s Theater is a nonprofit organization that creates original, entertaining and enriching theater for young audiences and adults to enjoy together. We produce high-quality, original productions—as culturally rich as New York itself—and develop robust arts-in-education programs, serving children in all communities across the five boroughs.

About the Program
Our apprenticeship program in our Education, Development and Marketing departments is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to learn the inner workings of a producing theater in New York City, learn how theater can be used in education to reach children and make a positive impact, or to hone her or his craft as an artist.
