PRE: People at 'Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again.'
Q: I see you have flowers in your hand—do you know someone who is performing tonight?
A: One of my best friends is in the show.
Q: How often do you come and check out her work?
A: Whenever she books something, or I try to.
Q: Does knowing someone who is in the show give you any expectations for what it is you are going to see tonight?
A: She told me it was downtown, weird theater. So I think it is going to be weird.
Q: Why is it important to come support that weird downtown theater?
A: I think theater is an art form that means something. It is still being created in public space. Anyone can sit on their couch and watch TV and their brain can shut down, but with theater you still engage. There is still a life to it.
